Okay!!!! Every part of wesley sucks.. I lived there for a year and a half.Some people never had to follow the rules..They could be as loud as they wanted,Leave trash outside as long as they wanted and didnt have to pay rent on time..The office forgets that people talk to other people and find out things that would close the wesley's down and iam working on that as we speak..It took to fires in my apartment to get a new water heater..Both times i was out of cold water for the whole weekend and i have childern..I got a 600.00 bill mailed to me lot of it was from wear on a aprtment i was in for over a year..I left messages for the main office and instead of calling me they would forward them to wesley office and i would never get a call back..I have lots of repairs not done..The guy manager and the lady manager should of never been in management..Fire alarms going off all the time for nothing..I moved and been happier at my in laws house since..


The water bill is not vased on how much you use in your apartment it is a set fee.It is based on how much the 2 bedrooms use or the 3 bedrooms use etc..I just got another bill for 695.00 from wesley place and iam not payin it yet i plan on going to court..

After reading these reviews I am definitely second guessing our decision to move here. Every time I meet with management, I feel like I am being rushed. The woman who is helping us, rushes through our conversation and talks way too fast. I feel like a lot is being left out. Not sure if that is me being over cautious or WHAT.. Does anyone know anything about the mandatory renter's fee? Or how the water bill is determined?? PLEASE help..

NEVERRRRR!!! all these posts are from reeaallll pple. please take time to read them they are all true i have been there! DO NOT RENT AT WESLEY PLACE at any rate "ANY WESLEY APARTMENT!!!!"....I PROMISE, U WILL NOT GET YOUR HIGH DEPOSIT BACK!! I PROMISE! this is how they get you with the HIGH WATER AND SEWER BILL at the end of your lease. please go rent at other apratments eg PARK TRACE APARTMENTS [ZERO COMPLAINTS] I moved here after wasley place...RRRUUUUNNNNN!!! trust me I now appreciate what it means to have peace of mind.
