I do not know why people do not like Wesley Place. I am very happy at wesley place for only 600 dollars I can live like a king in one bed room apartment which has a kitchen and bathroom. Water is available most of the time, even the hot water for shower, so I can wash my self. For only 50 dollars a month as a water and sewerage bill I can take a shower every day and then I smell good. I need to smell good because in the leasing office there are lot of young beautiful girls and they always say hi to me when I bring the rent. One time she even smile at me and called me by my name. I am sure she remembers me and maybe she likes me. One time the water pipe broke and there was no water. The maintenance guys were working around the clock for three days and four nights to fix the pipe. I could not take the shower for four days and I did not flush the toilet but the girls in the leasing office gave me a bottle of water and I did not know if I was suppose to drink it or wash my self with it or use it to flush the toilet. The maintenance supervisor was working very hard he did not sleep for three days and four nights. He drank a lot of coffee and smoke a lot cigarettes but in the end they called the different professional plumber and he fixed the pipe in two hours. I do not blame him what has to done has to be done. Now I can take a shower again and again and I smell good. One time the guy from pest control came and said he is going to get rid of them cockroaches. He was putting some kind of tooth paste in the kitchen and I knew right away he do not know how to kill the damn cockroach. You kill it like this. Do not let the cockroach know that you are watching him and really quickly step on him. It will make a sound like when you crack the nut. If you are good you can kill twenty to thirty any given day. I do not get any money for killing cockroaches like the pest control guy but I suppose I should because I killed a lot of them and I am better at it then he is. I forget to tell you that my apartment has a carpet inside I do not know what kind of color is it but I am sure it is a carpet. I do not know where they bought the carpet because the carpet fits exactly to my apartment. I suppose it was custom made carpet. The carpet cleaning guy never showed up in three years and I do not blame him maybe he is afraid because the carpet must be expensive. I like the maintenance supervisor because he is a big fella. All the time I see him by the trash container poking the trash with the stick. I suppose he knows how to poke the trash in a very good way. He got new chevy truck I guess because he was poking the trash very good the pretty ladies in the office gave him the truck. I wish I could poke the trash just like him then I will be driving around in a nice truck like him. One day my ac broke. I knew where to go. I went to the trash container and I told to the big fella my ac do not work and he said ok. After only two months my ac was working again and I did not have to pay a dollar for the repair. Sometimes I go to the trash container and I poke the trash with the stick. The manager of this complex is very nice and cute and I always like her. She bakes very good cookies and then she will give them away for free in the office. I do not know how she bakes these cookies but these cookies are very tasty. Maybe she should be a baker and not a manager because these cookies are sooooooo good. If you live here you can watch the girls at the swimming pool in the swim dress they all look beautiful. Sometimes I think I live in the play boy mansion. We have a tennis court here but there are no tennis balls. I suppose it is hard to play tennis if you do not have the tennis balls but if you come to live here we can play. I like my neighbors but I do not understand them and they do not understand me I suppose because they speak different language. Someone told me it is Spanish language. I love Spanish. Sometimes some people play very loud music but I do not blame them because I know maybe they have a hearing problem I do not discriminate against deaf people because I suppose they like the music too. I am going to live here until I will be 55 years old and then I will move down the street to the old people apartment complex. I tried to live there before but they told me that I am not old enough. I hope you all will come to live here with me like a happy family. In the end I say I am so happy I can also write.

Glad to know atleast there are some tenants who got brains and educated so that they can show the real faces behind Wesley Place... Just a bunch of crooks in Wesley Place Management and Land Lords.... Moreover, the Land Owners are hiding behind the curtain and playing with the loop holes in the Law/system (Landlord and Tenants)... Shame on our system... But bravo to educated people who will always listen to the voices of victims/tax payers/middle class families against this deplorable injustice...
