Parking is a nightmare. Don?t park on the curb or they?ll threaten to tow you. However, they didn?t seem to care much about the abandoned car I reported. It?s been there for 7 months and hasn?t moved.





My air conditioner broke. They tried and failed in their attempts to fix it. I went through the entire summer with off and on air conditioning (more off than on) For the final month (late August-Sept) I had no air conditioning whatsoever.





The office staff is courteous enough, they just don?t get things done.
