This is the worst property I've ever lived on. Why don't I move' Can't wait! The manager had several resident's cars towed last night, including mine. A letter was sent out to residents that they need parking permits or they will be towed. When half of the residents went down there to get them they were out. There has always been parking concerns here...not enough spaces allotted for the buildings. The letter never mentioned that those parked in the handicap spots or on the curb would be towed. Residents have always parked there. Although it is illegal, no warning was giving saying they were going to enforce this now. One resident had to pay $100 to have the towing company to take her car off the tow truck. This morning they had the tow trucks out again and ready to tow another resident's SUV and she refused to get out of her vehicle. She came out of her apt and caught them before they got away with it. Several residents have moved out because of Myra (the manager). I'm sure more are to follow and I certainly will be one of them. She has a nasty, unprofessional attitude. There is a way to handle business tactfully. Even the office staff don't get alone. Other residents have stated she has called some of the residents names in their presence. Your best bet is to look elsewhere. I don't know how the rest of the Wesley properties conduct business, but this property could use Business 101. I will be contacting the Wesley properties home office, and I did seek legal counsel. Please look elsewhere.
