I'll give you a number of reasons not to move here:
1. Our washing machine broke and it took them 4 months to get us a new one.
2. They instituted a parking sticker rule, and any visitors of yours are subject to having their cars towed if they are found without a sticker.
3. they asked neighbors NOT to hold long conversations outside. What kind of crazy ---- rule is that!
4. The management staff cares about one thing and one thing only HOW CAN WE MAKE MORE MONEY!
