When I came to Wesley St. Claire several years ago, it was a wonderful place to live. It has steadily deteriorated to the point where no self respecting people should be called upon to think of it as home. The fencing falls down and noone picks it up or fixes it, the pool has been closed for extended periods of time by the county, the passage ways are used as playgrounds for the children, though there is a playground, such as it is. One never knows who will be in the office, or be performing maintenance and how one is going to be received. Not a friendly place to call home to be certain. The dogs are terrible, as are the people who have them and management does nothing about it. If the owners of this complex had kept the rental office as it was 4-5 years ago, this would be a wonderful place to call home and decent residents would have stayed, just as I would have. The office was friendly, the maintenance people were wonderful and punctual, to say nothing of caring and cheerful. Those days are gone I suspect forever. The office calls itself professional (what a joke), the maintenance calls itself able to "fix" anything - (another joke) and the most basic leasing rules are not enforced. If you want to live in sub-standard surroundings, by all mean - go to Wesley St. Claire.
