This is the most awful place to live, the staff will not make repairs (even after a year with written "notices")to the bathtub and toilet (1 bedroom unit). The police has been there numerous times with guns drawn(this information can be verified at the Gwinnett Police Department. Children and dogs run loose which creates hazardous conditions. The grounds are not maintained and they will not encourge tenants to take their garbage to the common area therefore the numerous bags of garbage on their decks reeks to high heaven. Please avoid this apartment at all cost.
