i lived at wesley st.claire for a year from october 2005 to october 2006, let me tell you i am ready to live in a 3rd world country but not at wesley st.claire. the staff is rude, worst then your enemies in iraq, they do not listen to you and treat you like ---- once you have signed your lease. lots of ROACHES in the apartment. i killed 2 roaches daily. the maintainence people do not work at all as there is trash all around. ------- is a stupid lady with no sence of customer service. they never gave me refund for $200 deposit even though i have cleaned the apt on move-out without any damages. they also charged me water charges for past 6 months when i was paying them on a monthly basis in my rent. they said it was the usage above what i paid for. BUNCH OF LIARS who sneak their bill into your's. LOTS OF ROBBERS LIVE IN THAT COMMUNITY AS WELL. My wifes car got broke into 2 times in the 1 year. both times i have to spend 400$ to fix my glass for the car. When i complained no one took any action. THEY DONT CARE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LIVE AT WESLEY ST.Claire APTS. I WOULD PAY YOUR RENT FOR A MONTH IF YOU LIVED AT SOME OTHER PLACE ON MY ADVICE>>>The STAFF SUCKS A WHOLE LOT....I DONT CARE IF THEY READ THIS AND I WANT THEM TO READ THIS MSG AS IT REFLECTS MY FRUSTRATION WITH THAT PLACEIN THAT 1 YEAR I LIVED THERE..
