For the amount of money that you would end up spending in this location, you could easily by a nice little house. I am not just talking about the rent and water, the the unexpected repairs. The maintenance staff is unknowledgable in HVAC repair, I personally had to call in an AC company to repair mine when I started getting 3 and 4 Hundred Dollar electric bills. Then there is the matter of having to repair walls that leak from rain and are patch poorly by the maintenance staff. Most importantly, God forbid something should happen to your personal property, caused by their property, because even though the incident happens on their property, Wesley as a company feels you should pay the cost of repairing or replacing it. They are happy to gain you as a resident but forget you as soon as the ink dries.
