The Real Deal on Magnolia Village - I live at Magnoila Village as well. It is a VERY safe place to live at. It is not the BEST, I am sure there is better. The pool could be cleaner, there are dead bugs but there is nothing extremely gross about the pool area. The grounds are kept up to par, could be a little cleaner but it does not look like a disaster area. My building is one of the cleanest. It's far from a slum or ...Full review of Magnolia Village

Polished Turd - I have lived in this complex for just over a year, and am counting the days until we move. The apartments look really nice and the property is well maintained (that's how they sucker you in), but it is so not worth all the crap you deal with, such as crime and the complete and total lazy, morons that work in the leasing office. Mine and my husband's carS (I stress the ...Full review of Wesley Herrington

Nice apartments...bad location - I lived in Camden Sweetwater right as it was being changed over from Summit Sweetwater. The staff at the time was always changing, but I guess that comes along with a new company. The apartments are located along "apartment row" or Sweetwater Road. Aside from its location, the apartments are quite impressive. The area continues on a downward spiral due to the urban sprawl and ...Full review of Camden Sweetwater

so far, SO good - We visited several complexes before deciding on 5375 Sugarloaf. The spacious apartment layout and thoughtful design really stood out. The one drawback is there isn't a linen closet or pantry, but there is plenty of closet space. The rooms are generously proportioned. And the staff is wonderful, especially Ashlynn. ...Full review of 5375 Sugarloaf

A matter of time - I have noticed lately the changing demographic of the newer residents appearing lately. It's obvious that being a legal alien is secondary to filling apartments. It's a matter of time before we can't find parking spots ,because there are so many people living in a single apartments. Already there are cars with expired plates backed into spaces far and wide. I see these zero ...Full review of Holland Park Apartments

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE The lease is deceptive. The management is highly uneducated. They will sign you up for a cheap rent and then twist the contract so that you pay ridiculous amount of money.
I agree with the dogs and noise. I stepped in poop one night after work... good thing I left my shoes

The apartment itself was great! The apartment itself was great! It was very spacious and great for roommates. I never had a problem with feeling safe walking to/from my car or any of the amenities. Honestly the only problem I had was residents allowing their children to play in the workout
