I have been at Brentwood Downs for several years. The Management and office staff is always understanding and helpfull. I have lived in other communities that forget your workorders for a month or allow the neighbors to leave trash and things in the breezweays. Not Here! :) The Maintanence staff is very good and dependable. I feel that this complex and company are really there for me and my family. I wouldn?t live anywhere else. I can only imagine that the others listed here have had so many problems because they are unable to pay rent or have personal issues. Everyone that i know that lives here loves it.
