In the last 6 months my air conditioner has had to be fixed 4 times.

Parking is really, really bad.
Visit the place on a friday night and see for your self, don't worry about the gate, you won't have any trouble getting inthey are broken over half the time.

The crime is getting frightning.
2-3 times a month i get another little note from the office about another crime.
-several about auto break ins
-one lady mugged
-1 attempted kidnaping
-1 pervert approaching a little girl
isn't that enough!!!

i am consulting a lawyer about breaking lease...I WANT OUT!
