Ok this is like my third review but I like to update my opinion. Ok I'll start with the bad. The parking. It is the worst i've seen ever. I have to park so far if it's after 10 pm. Cars are always parked on the curb all day regardless of if there is a spot available right in front of them.

The trash - It can get ridiculous at times but the guy who handles the trash is always there so it doesn't stay gross for long.

The staff - There like any typical staff, sometimes there perfect sometimes there not. I've had some with attitudes and some that were extra freiendly. That's to be expected anytime you're dealing with people.

Maintenace - I don't have to make mainteneace calls very often but when I do I will say that they had come the same day every single time. Great maintenance crew.

The apartment - I live in a 3 bedroom and we love our apartment. We face the lake which is great. It had a very nice fountain and bridge. The floorplan is great and the bathroom's are nice. All three of our bedrooms are very very big and the master is very far away from the other two rooms. I love our apartment. We get plenty of compliments from visitors.

In closing, overall I like Brentwood Downs, but i've been here three eyars and I'm looking for change but I would recommend it as long as you live on the side facing the lake.

oh also, I've never personally had any problems with crime here or have I seen it but of course in the past we've gotten letters o nthe door but like I said I haven't had to deal with it.

I'm thinking of choosing this complex, I need the tenants to be honest and stay is this a place for a family?
