I have been a long time resident of Brentwood, When I moved here, it was more like an elderly retirement home. Westdale WAS NOT THE management and this place looked a whole hell of a lot better than it does now. Brentwood DOWNS is the perfect name b/c its going DOWN DOWN DOWN, and yes your right, the manager runs 2 properties and both have gone to hell. Um, what does that say' This place is dirty, the breezeways are dirty, the trail needs new grain, the pool is dirty. Maintence is actually on top of everything thus far. Don't understand why us long term residence don't get the specials that people off the street get. I am still paying out the ass for a one bedroom when someone pays 100 less than me for a two bedroom. Um'' You decide
