Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I've lived here 2 years and never had any problems. Anytime there has been a maintenance issue it has been taken care of quickly. They are always picking up the grounds. The rent is reasonable. I don't hear any loud noise or see police here except on a rare occasion.
