It's all about the Lake

This is a moderately priced apartment for the area. The maintenance is very responsive, but sometimes ineffective. The amenities are just average but the lake makes all the difference. That and the fountain in the middle. If you don't get an apartment with a lake view, this is just another place to hang your hat.
