Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The staff is very rude! The new manager (Carl) is worse than the previous (Theresa) he does not like the black kids and curses at them constantly. The maintainence workers dont have a clue what they are doing and are very lazy! The rent goes up every 6 months and the apartments are not well kept. There are lots of better kept apartments in the area for the money.
