I agree with the previous statement; although, I would have to say Carl (recently promoted to area vp) is not that bad of a person. In the beginning, it was ok, but about five or so months into the lease, I started to notice the bad and ugly. I will not go into details (want to remain anonymous), but I will say the previous commenter is absolutely!! right about the maintenance workers-some of them have no IDEA what the heck they are doing. Anyhow, I recently re-located to a much, much better community, and my fiance and I LOVE it!
This community is more for people who care less about quality of living.
