PLEASE!!!! Call and get these reports, this will tell the truth about this place. Stolen cars, shootings, TONS OF CRIME! Office staff does not care, grounds are trashed, booming music all hours of the night, kids hanging out in the breezeways that wont let you through to your own apartment. Just a few problems. If you want to live with uneducated, disrespectful trash you will love it here....

I happen to disagree that the office does not care. They have taken several measures to ensure the upkeep of the complex. There is only so much they can do when people are constantly throwing their trash on the ground when they could simply pick it up to avoid trashing their own community. If someone is being loud, you can call the courtesy officer or the non emergency police to file a noise complaint (this is the same for every community). They can actually be fined by the city. Kids hanging out in the breezeways seems like a parental control issue more than a community problem. What did you do when you were a kid? Not hang out anywhere? Or around your home? This is our children's home too. If you don't like kids, you shouldn't live near other people who have them. Oh and you should probably get reports for anywhere you live so you are aware of the community surroundings. Not just Brentwood Downs. Sounds like you might want to invest in a house. With affordability and convenience comes sacrifice of perfection. Welcome to apartment living. We should do a reality show.
