I lived at Brentwood Downs for a year and a half. I never persoanlly had that bad of a problem (noisy neighbors) and I got along with almost everyone in the office. The maintenance people were nice and efficient.
I do know however that some others had problems there, ie; break-ins, both car and apartment. The apts aren't all that up to date (awful wall paper, cheap carpet, super thin walls, older appliances), but my personal experience wasn't all that terrible.
However, since I've moved out, when I tell people I used to live there, they can't believe it, until I tell them about the dump I live in now (Wesley Herrington).
