We moved in last spring with a wonderful deal of two months free...unfortunately it seems like in the quest to fill their vacancies they lowered their standards significantly. The office staff is nice but that is where it ends. Our neighbors below us blare their base constantly despite repeated calls from the front office. There are fights out in front of our apartment on a regular basis. Residents don't seem to realize that the breezeway is not their personal space and are they are frequently loud and shouting well past 10pm if not banging on one door or another. Cars driving around the complex drive fast and blare their music, not to mention they seem incapable of getting out of their cars to go get someone and instead lay on their horn for minutes on end.
