I am on my second lease here at the Columns. I did not start experiencing any real issues until I renewed my lease, BIG MISTAKE. I read the comment prior stating that Anne was a horrible property manager and I truly believe that's an understatement. I think managers should have the capability to manage, hence the word MANAGER. Anne lacks the ability to both communicate and manage. I do not know how she obtained this position because she is incompetent at both hiring quality employees (excluding one employee) as well as not being able to provide customer service to residents. I find it very frustrating when the property manager fails over and over again to take the initiative in resolving resident??s issues and complaints.

I'm a resident and I couldn't agree more! I'm actually up right now at almost 1am thanks to the naighbors, who I've complained about time & time again & been lied to by management time & time again. It's too late for us but save yourself & don't even consider living here!

I'm sorry everyone seems to be having a bad experience here. I've been leaving here 2 years now and I've had a wonderful experience. The teenagers can be loud at night and the kids seems to be in the street at all times during the afternoon. But mostly this isn't more then a problem then eny place else. My building is quiet during the evening and mostly during the daya s well. We have good neighbors and I don'thave any bug problems. When I complained about one neighbors loud music things improved right away. I do wish they could put up a different bar and cameras to stop the residents and their guest from breaking the bar that comes down. I have had 2 residents hit it coming in behind me without a pass. Over all I have enjoyed living here. I guess I moved into a great building and I hope it continues to be a great building.
