Most communities require you fulfill the lease and give thema 30 day written notice. Not this one....Management is nasty and unresponsive. My daughter fulfilled her 12 month lease and gave a 30 day written notice. They sent a nasty legal letter threatening her with a law suit if she did not pay 1,200.00 because of the lack of a full 60 day notice. That is not way to conduct buisiness. The security gates have been broken for over 30 days. She signed a 12 month lease on a gated community. They are at fault and should let her out of a 60 day written notice...They will never get referrals this way and I will keep smearing their name on the internet.

As well, I go to visit a friend of mine that live in the apartments and if the gates are not broken then they are wqide open for anyone to come in and rob you. What a great GATED community.

What I do get is why everyone complains about the gate! I mean yes its a gated community, but if someone wanted to break in they would. The the majority of breakins in subdivisions, the crime is made by a resident or someone with access through a resident. I suggest taking your own percautions and safety measures to assure your safety regardless of it being a gated community or not.
