I've lived here since April and I have had no issues. My neighbors are friendly and very cautious of not only there apartment but mine as well (awesome neighbors). The maintanence staff are the best i've ever seen. They work fast and efficiently to resolve any issues that may arise. An example of this - one day I was leaving on my way to work and I noticed my light (outside of my door) was out, a member of the staff happened to be walking by and noticed me looking at the bulb. I planned on filing a work order after I got home from work, but I was pleasantly suprised to see the issue had already been resolved without me even having to say a word, now that is quality! Since i've been here, there have been two incidents in the community (robbery) the Staff IMMEDIATLY alerted us to the incidents as well as increased police presence.

The staff are always nice and always looking for ways to improve your overall experience. Whenever I pay rent I make sure to converse with them as they are always positive and caring.

I've seen some negative reviews on here and im honestly wondering how can you give this place a bad mark' I would recommend The Columns at Paxton Lane to anyone looking to find a new place to stay. It really is a good community.
