I just moved into Norwood Apartments and was a little nervous being a single mother for the first time on my own. The manager made me feel so comfortable about my decision and was so welcoming, not like any other places I had checked out where everyone seemed like sales people. The manager at Norwood Apartments was very eager to help me and take the time to address all my concerns and worries. When I asked if I could have her boss name and number so I could tell them what a wonderful person and job she had done, she responded by telling me that was very nice of me, but that she was just doing her job. Well if that is her job, than maybe these other managers at other apartments should send their staff over to Norwood to be trained. What an amazing place. I figured this was my best way to say thanks by getting the word out. I highly will recommend this place.
