I have been at this apartment complex for almost three years. Yes I could have moved out at the end of previous leases, but time constraints and the chore of moving prevented this.

Good points: Close to things in this part of town (only a couple miles to two different Publix grocery stores), apartments are roomy and sunny, only two adjoining apartments (at least where I am) - one below and one beside.

Bad points: This area has really gone downhill even since I've been here. There are a lot of Spanish-speaking people who don't speak much (if any) English. Noisy music at times from car wash on site. Noisy neighbors - one below who slams cabinets all through the day and plays music at 12 midnight, one who plays rap music during the day. When bringing complaints to the office, they seem to care and say they will deal with it, but it's questionable if they do. I requested several things at move-in, including a weather strip for underneath the door (which had a one-inch gap). This was written up. I called to remind at least once, but this didn't get fixed until I wrote a note to the manager (about two years into my living here). Two neighbors constantly leave their trash bags outside their door overnight and sometimes all the next day too (even though the office sent out a note about this). The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are old, and the carpeting is cheap and wrinkled in places (was new when I moved in). We had a pretty bad roach problem in this building for about the first year and a half (seeing at least one a day), but now very rarely (only an occasional spider or other bug). There have been several break-ins into cars (at least three) since I've been here.

Overall: Noisy, messy, old, and attracting lower income people. Apartments are old but good size and bright.
