I have been living here for the past six months and I have seen this place rapidly go to the can in a very short amount of time. The building I live in has a spot where the gutter is collapsed and is causing a pool in front of my door. the office had this repaired yet it only took one week for it to be in the same manner of disgruntling shape. These people who are running this complex seem to be more interested in making a buck rather than having this place livable. The whole roof seems to be collapsing. Noone can talk to the maintenance men because you have to play phone tag for three weeks just to get in touch with them, and even then you get frustrated with them because they act like they dont know what to do when it is completely obvious what the solution would be. Even if they do figure out what they are doing it takes a year to get it done. I wouldnt recomend that anyone move in here unless you feel like living in a slum or if you have children you want dfacs called on you for deprevation of basic needs which would be shelter.

LADY i NO MY DAD TRYS TO DO iT'S BEST BUT WHEN iT'S A BiG PROBLEM THEN iT'S A LOT OF MONEY THEY HAVE TO SPEND. BUT DONT ACT ALL HARD && SAY THEY DONT DO THEiR WORK WHEN MY DAD iS A HARD WORKiN GUY!
