The villas aren't too bad. The neighborhood is somewhat dirty. There is a lot of drug traffic. The fitness center is far from a "center." The last time I went in there, they only had 3 pieces of equipment total. The bugs aren't too bad. The management doesn't ever bother me, however they are not very professional. The property manager thinks he's God or something. It's not an upscale neighborhood whatsoever. I wouldn't live here. My cabinets keep falling off the henges and the faces of the drawers keep falling off, sometimes in the middle of the night. My back porch stays soaked when it rains because the gutters have been clogged since the day I moved in, there has even been mildew/mold on the wood from when it rains a lot. The floor creaks a lot. Back door makes a lot of noise. There are a lot of nail holes that have barely patched and might as well have not been touched. The closet rails/shelvs fell off within the first month I lived there. The stove is in despirate need of repair, even after it's been fixed. The eyes just cut off sometimes. The carpet stains SUPER easy because it's so cheap and old. I am moving out... the whole area of Lilburn in general is just going way down hill. It's hard to find anyone at a fast food place that speaks good english. The apartments aren't bad, but the area is!
