Great location, close to I-85. This property is going the wrong way. Renters are getting noisy and almost anything goes. Local management seems to be losing control. Vehicles park in the grass courtyard areas with extremely loud radios playing. Maintenance tries to keep up with the litter that residence throw everywhere from used condoms to beer bottles. At night things can get out of hand and very noisy. Interior of units are somewhat roomy but the plywood floors are warping badly under the carpet. Residence are required to have gas turned on but not unusal to see meters locked by the gas company.
