First dislikes:

I am unhappy with the choice I have made to move in. I dislike this place so bad I left all of my things in storage. I have been here 2 weeks and I am breaking my lease soI can get out of here!!! There is trash on the ground (right next to the trash bins) located in the front of the complex. I am a very quiet tenant and I am the type of person that like to go home to a calm atmosphere. There are people sitting around in circles drinking at around 8pm. Teenagers hang out kissing and being loud in the parking lot. It is not a complex with a mixture of races. One race dominates the complex. I am constantly woke up by loud Spanish music pumping out of cars. This morning one of my neighbors was playing their music loud at 7:15 am. I don't feel safe. I have a roach problem so I try not to go into the kitchen too much. I live upstairs so it is very hot but there aren't any ceiling fans so I am forced to run the air conditioner causing my utility bill to be high. I tried to tell the apartment manager I am not happy after being there for a week but she just said write my concerns down and slip it in the door slot. The whole neighborhood smells. It stinks around the stairs outside my apartment. There are about 100 something vans and trucks with ladders. The traffic in and out of the complex is non-stop and ridiculous. All hours of the night people are pulling in and out. I have kids and I will not let them go outside. There are prostitutes and baseheads everywhere also.

So basically the place is overrun with Mexercans and roaches? This has been a consistent theme in all the Atlanta apt ratings I've read. Darn shame. HA! They filtered out Mex!cans.

This is so true it's RIDICULOUS. If you value peace of mind and quality living, pay the extra money and MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Also, the fact that there are a LOT of hisp@nics living there isn't bad, but I like to be surrounded by a variety of races not primarily one, including my own. Facts are facts and it does contribute to the low quality of living. I have hispanic neighbors over me and across from me. This is a two-bedroom apartment, yet they have at least 10-plus people living in each. No lie. It wouldn't be so bad if the kids weren't running around screaming and dropping trash everywhere, everyday. I like to have people come over, but I don't because it looks like I live in poverty from the outside. I won't even mention the bug problems. Anyway, this is just an honest testimony from a soon-to-be ex-tenant. No knock at anyone, just the truth. You don't like it, tough.
