If you're like me, you're wondering if all these reviews are true. Well, as far as this apartment complex, most of it is! It's not the worst, but could contend for it.

Just as someone said earlier, the apartments are beginning to become race-dominated by one race, which isn't too bad but can make you feel uncomfortable. The other thing is......ROACHES, ROACHES....AND MORE ROACHES! Big or small they have them all!

I have fogged, fumigated, sprayed and stomped, but I realized that if the folks in the apartments around you are providing a succulent breeding ground, then you are fighting a losing battle my friend. The only good thing is that about a week ago, management decided to have all apartments professionally treated every week or so until the problem is under control. I'm seeing less bugs, but the carcasses littering my floor reminds me that they are still around. ICKKKKK! (Vacuum cleaner working overtime!) I almost don't want to take anything with me when I leave. The positive side is that it encourages you to want to get a house quicker, something that's NOT ATTACHED to anyone else's clean/filthy home.

Anyway, it SEEMS like they are trying to clean up their act, but they have a LOOOOONG way to go. On the plus side, management doesn't bother you and issues with the apartment (plumbing, electrical, etc.) are addressed quickly. I also don't see the prostitutes, drug addicts, and frequent police visits that others complain about on here. I think that was just to repulse readers more. Although I did just move here, so maybe it was that bad before. However, for now, STAY AWAY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
