well...welll....where should i begin..The roaches, the staff ....
when we first moved to the villas, it was because of the floorplan like everyone else.Although there were certin things mentioned on the lease that were not true, we stayed anyway thinking it might not be that bad...well it is ....everyone in the complex seem to worry much about what we do..everyone is each other business...the hate is unbareable...the staff seem to know what they do but they don't....and someone broke in the apartment and stole from us...someone please tell me how we can legally get out of this lease....shall we petition all'.....comment and let me know

I still live there and i also hate every second of it. They way how i'm getting out of my lease was by contacting the corporate office. I also sent a letter to them letting them know of the rude staff and the untimely repairs. They waived the 60 day lease termination to 30 day notice and I was to pay anything but the one month rent.
