By far this is the biggest apartment I have lived in for a while. However on the flip side, management sucks, Maintenance is slow and the roaches outside the apartment are impossible. If you don't mind having problems over problems, but would like a spacious place to live this is it. But I highly don't recommend anyone to live here, people move out every single month. The neighbors are very noisy. When my husband and I come home the neighbors upstairs comes outside to see what we bought and what time we are getting in. They are always outside minding others business. I hate it here but I want to make one move and that is in a house not another apartment to go thru this horror.

We moved out in may and we are very glad to be gone away from that horrible place! We lived at the villas from August 2005- may 2007, the neighbors were the main problem they made alot of noise and they were racist, the apt was old, managment was unprofessional, the crime was a major problem, we felt very unsafe, the water had black stuff come out of it all the time, we we first moved in there was roaches, nothing was cleaned, and nothing was ready this was the worst apt complex we ever lived in and I would never recommed anyone to live there! We are so happy to be out of there, and we now live in a very high class area that is very safe and the people are a better class too!

Everything these previous two posters said is true! I've lived in the Villas for almost 3 years, and will be movinng in the next few months. The staff is quite unprofessional, and the office isn't open when they're supposed to be. The apartments are old, and falling apartment. The neighbors (for the most part) are quite noisy and rude. The grounds aren't kept up that well. Plus, all of the crime over the last few months. I'm moving to a better area that's closer to work - it's a huge relief to finally be moving out. My stress level has gone down quite a bit just knowing that I'm the downhill slide.
