I am so ready to get out of here. Let's first say what I like about this place and that is the spacious 2bd 2ba...the space/floorplan is GREAT!! But this is about all I like about this apartment. If you want a place where every day you come home to a roach on its back (at least they are not alive, huh'), stuck up management and liars, -------- EVERY DAMN WHERE, robbery, loud music, waking up to police in and out EVERY DAY then this is the place for you. I was robbed the first month I moved out here (by a damn MEXICAN)and have not felt safe every since. It feels like damn Mexico staying out here, well Gwinnett period!!! Lets just say I am going to move to where my people are. OMG I am so ready to move and I will be moving in 2 WEEKS!!! YAYYYY!!! Also, the hidden fees when you move in. YOu pay from $40 - $50 for freakin water, sewer and trash..WTF..why do I have to pay for sewer and trash' Especially when I take out my own damn trash and what sewer' This is not a damn house!!!....are you kidding me. My rent is $715 but by the time you add up ALL THE FEES it is about $820 a MONTH!! Not only do you have to pay for water, sewer, trash, but you have your light bill and gas bill, etc. Why would a place that has electric stove have to pay gas as well. Just plan stupid. OVERALL I SAY DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you find what I said very interesting.
