Westbury Springs claims to be the best community in Gwinnett.....what a joke!! My family has lived here for 2 years and the quality of tenants as well as the overall community has taken a serious nose dive. When you drive in don't be mislead by the landscape. Drive behind building one..it's dark and dirty. We've asked for lights to make parking safe, it hasn't been done, the breezewalks have not been cleaned since I moved in. I was told my carpet would be cleaned one the lease was renewed, it was never done. The pool looks like a swamp...Please take my advice and find another place to call home.
