I love the location. However, the resident quality and the managements attention to detail has dimished dramatcally over the five years I have lived here. It does not feel safe at night because of limited lighting. The trash compactor often overflows with discards from depositors during the weekend. The beautiful swimming pool is green on a regular basis. Many units have well over the standard limit of occupants.
