I can't wait to move

I have lived here for 16 months and my rain gutters have been stopped up since I moved in. I requested that they clean them because my patio gets rained out every time it rains just a little bit. The haven't cleaned them yet. The carpet gets so wet out on the balcony that you have to wair shoes outside. It over flows so bad that I have to shut the sliding glass door so that it does not rain in our living room! I requested to have the carpets cleaned when I renewed my lease and I was told time and again that I was on the list. I guess I don't have to tell you that they were never cleaned. The rent keeps going up $20 a month every time I renew a lease yet the quality of tenants keeps going down every time. During the weekend, every weekend the trash compactor is overflowing so bad that the trash is in the driveway. The pool is clean enough to swim in abouit one daY A month. It is constantly green, and because the office is hardly open on the weekends all kinds of kids from all over are in the pool. It wasn't this bad only a year ago. I would not reca mend this place to anybody at this outragous price tag!
