Overall, my living experience hasn't been too bad here, considering the great deal we got on rent. I'm just afriad that when our lease is up they are going to try to really jack up the price of rent and it will NOT be worth staying.

Pest control came out every week for about a month and is didn't put a dent in the number of roaches.We did finally go to a do it yourself pest control place and got the extreme roach control gel to get rid of the tons and tons of bugs. (Yay for do it yourself pest control what a lifesaver) The office staff doesn't respond to requests without a second or third or even fourth request. Our dishwasher didn't work properly from day one. It would not turn off, once started it would continue to repeat it's cycle all day if left unattended. It took three months to finally get a new dishwasher put in. When that was done they didn't bolt it in properly and I was briused and banged up a couple of times when it fell forward while I was loading it. (Luckily my fiancee fixed that for me)

My neighbors have never actually bothered me, however I can agree with another review posted here that I can't go out without usually walking through a cloud of smoke in the evening. Cigarette butts litter the breezeway often.

I am a woman with NO children. I don't mind children, however the rugrats that play in the middle of the parking lot and do NOT make any attepmt to get out of the way when I'm driving really really get on my nerves!!

Okay well, that's enough venting for one day.
Until our lease is up, I hope this helps in your decision.
