I lived in the 000 building on the bottom floor. The super told me that the reason my carpet was wet was because there was a leak in the foundation. WOW! Makes sense huh' Sure it does. I told XXXXXXX the manager, and like any GOOD manager, she simply looked away from it. I repeatedly asked anyone to come and feel the carpet, smell the room. Did they care' NOPE. I heard through other residents that BBBBB AND BBBBB slammed me and called me a hypochoNdriac simply because I am highly allergic to mold. GEE I don't know, wouldn't you like to live with mold on your bedroom wall' I know you would, even if you were not allergic to it. I called corporate and they said " wow , I don't see how it is a big problem when only one resident is affected by this." JUST ME HUH' CORPORATE LIVES IN MOLD TOO HUH' I DOUBT IT. So, after a mold remediator came to my apartment, I had a report, paid $150.00 for this inspection they decided to let me out of the lease.I HAVE PROOF FROM THE MOLD GROWING INSIDE THE WALL. I have a written letter from the manager, not BBBBBBB, who let me out of the lease. In Georgia, you know that any management company will not let you out of a lease unlease they feel it is truly founded. When THE BBBBBBB walked my apartment, she made sure that she overcharged me $110.000 so as not to pay me any of my deposit back. She refused to walk into the bedroom where the carpet was still wet from the rain earlier in the day.

I have researched this complaint and have not been able to find any documents or employees either at the site level or corporate office that recognizes this issue.
