The ventilation system was awful!!! Any smells from my neighbors literally blew into my apartment through the heat or air conditioner. The rental office REFUSED to do anything about it! Speaking of heat or air conditioning-my system needed service over 10 times in my less than a year stay in the apartments. The leasing office played dumb-again-with a fake plastic smile! I was told the complex was for business professionals and families only to find out that MANY MANY college students were my neighbors. I was VERY dissatisfied. When I attempted to leave the property I was told that two months rent would relieve me of any fees only to be hit with a collection notice a rich man would complain about. Bottom line-don?t move in and if you do, get everything in writing!
