I lived at Crestmark for 2 1/2 years.It was great when Tracy and Tracey were there.I am not only an x resident I am an x employee. I had an issue that I needed handled and I have to say I have never been treated so rudely. This new group of people they have have the worst customer service skills I have ever had to deal with.The manager was to lazy to listen to my issue and passed it on to the assistant who still coul'nt understand the problem.I finally had to have it resolved with their corporate office. Anyway,if your thinking about leasing here think twice,just dealing with those people was a nightmare and it was a simple problem.Just imagine if they had to deal with a difficult problem. Don't lease here go see Jenny at Villas @ Westridge.
