The Worst Apartment Complex I've Been IN

I've been in Crestmark for over a year. I must admit that during the day, you're fighting ants, and during the night you're fighting huge waterbugs (flying cockroaches). 50% of my livingroom is literally flooded, and Crestmark has not made a single effort to even acknowledge that they have received our service request. Our food disposal is broken, and has been for the past 3 weeks, our hot water is shot, and has been for the past week. It has been said that this Complex has an agreement with a towing company, and they tow residents' cars and charge them huge amounts to get them back-- I can't vouch for that, but I can say that I am a victim of getting my car towed away. SO, BUYER BEWARE- if you want to live in a quality complex RECONSIDER YOUR DECISION ABOUT CRESTMARK.
