I CURRENTLY LIVE IN CRESTMARK AND HATE IT HERE I HAVE HAD A LEAK IM MY BATHROOM CIELING I HAVE CALED 5 TIMES AND ALL I GET IS "THERE AINT NOTHIN WE CAN DO YOU NEED TO LET THE MAINTENANCE DO THEY JOB" THIS IS THE VOCABULARY OF THE STAFF HEE I HAVE A 2 WEEK OLD NEWBORN AND HAVE HAD FECIES LEAKING FROM MY CEILING FOR 8 DAYS NOW I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE IF THEY WERE MY ARCH ENEMY.THERE ARE ALSO ALOT ALOT ALOT OF ROACHES AND ANTS I HAVE ASKED TO HAVE THE EXTERMINATER COME OUT 7 TIME AND NEVER ONCE HAS HE COME BUT WHEN I ASK THEM WHY THEY INFORM ME HE CAM I JUST WASNT THERE MY WIFE IS HOME 24/7 NEVER ONCE HAS ANYONECOME TO SPRAY I HAVE SPRAYED O MANY OCASIONS WE KEEP A VERY CLEAN PLACE THERE NOREASON FOR BUGS

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW T GO ABOUT A COMPLAINT ALL I WANT IS TO BREAK MY LEASE WITH OUT OWEING THEM $2000 LIKE THERE PAPER WORK SAYS

That is a complete lie. All you want is out of your lease. We have seen your apt and it is filthy. If you cleaned house you would not have bugs. As for the fecies that is a complete lie. The tub drain was leaking and fixed immediately.There was never fecies coming thru your ceiling at least tell the truth do you know how???????

That person was lying like everyone on here if you have roaches it is because you are dirty obviously you don't know what clean is or you would keep it that way to avoid any roaches. Most people on her are being evicted or trash the place themselves there never has been anyone who had an ac that was out more than a day and the same with hot water

Its clear to me that these positive responses are from management, which ought to tell you something. Even on this site they are insulting residents. I have been out of Crestmark (CM) for almost 6 months now, and my new apartment has had air/heat, and has had zero bugs. They have come out to test the fire, and sprayed several times without me asking. I moved up to Kennesaw, and I live in a a place a little more expensive but not much and it is 100% better. I have spent time at nearby apartment complexes with friends which are even cheaper than mine and they are much better than CM. Bottom line...Almost every post here tells the same story, and the few that don't are mostly anonymous and sound like the same person at the front desk. I have a hard time that everyone at this site here is filty and about to be evicted...and even if that was true, it in itself would tell you to stay away as they shouldn't let that many filthy people who can't pay rent, lease from them. On a side note, almost a year from the initial mailbox break in I am still fighting credit card companies over identity theft that spawned from stolen mail. No proof, but the rumor I was told about it being staff sounds more and more likely.

This is a shame. My advice call Fox 5 on your side because if it was my baby being exposed to such conditions, it is time for some outside assistance. It is obvious that management is on here and it is a shame that they are getting paid to conduct business in a professional manner, yet they are very unprofessional. Please note that Fox 5 will handle your problem for you. Time to expose management and watch how fast they straighten their story up and become visible at your front door.
