I can vouch for the other posters. I lived there for a year, two 6 months leases. About 6 months in it changed ownership and really went downhill (it wasn't good before but at least livable). We had basically no air conditioning for the last 3 months, complained several times. We had a break in while my fiance was home. Our mailboxes were broken into repeatedly (staff and the mailman both confirmed this has been a widespread, problem there for a long time and rows of mailboxes have had to be shutdown. There were roaches, we only saw anyone spray once though they say they do it weekly if asked (we did). I used a ton of home products as well, which at least got rid of the ants that were there when we moved in. We had damage from a water leak above us. After a month maintence came to fix it. There was really bad mold from it, on the phone they said that they would cut out the moldy wall board and replace it. When they showed up, all they did was repaint over it. Our hot water went out twice, once it took a week or more to get it fixed. My fiance asked the office manager for Servo Miller's corporate office number, and she refused. The place is a dump, management is poor/non-existant, security is bad, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about this, but I also find it odd that in a not great area, at one of the lower priced complexes, there are many people driving brand new BMWs, Hummers, and other expensive luxery vehicles that get lots of quick stop traffic to their apartments, or street outside their place.

Bottom line, stay away at all costs. If you can't afford better, look at finding a different area to move to. I moved to a much nicer area, and got a bigger, clean, safe apartment for about the same price.
