I moved into the complex about three years ago. I was told that it was a good complex and the rent was reasonable (move in special). Deputies used to patrol the complex on a hourly basis, the gates were closed and fitness center was useable. That all changed the first year I was there. Management has changed so much that I don't even bother to try to keep track of their names anymore. I been there 3 years and never once received my annual carpert cleaning, pest control or air filter changing. I complained and it is always an excuse. The fitness center closes when the staff goes home because of vandelism. There have been several cars stolen here. Young kids roam this complex at all hours of the nite. It is not unusual to see a gang of 15 kids walking up and down the roads making all sorts of noise. I was told by someone who works in the leasing office that "background checks aren't even run anymore because it's too expensive and are really used anyway." I won't even get into the maintence issue. If you really want to get their attention try stopping by the McDonald next to complex because that is where they spend the majority of their day. The staff is lazy. I actually waited about 15 minutes once as one of the ladies talked to her "girlfriend" After she finally got off the phone she had the nerve to tell me that I needed to wait as she made sure my payment was right before I could leave. Pest Control leaves fliers that they need to spray your apartment and how everything has to be removed for them to do so and they never show up. Been like that for 4 months now. Just tired of the crap.
