The apartments are nice. The area is very convenient. Its close to the highway and several shopping malls. The staff is incompetent to say the least. I'm constantly getting incorrect bills. You really have to stay on the staff. There's absolutely nothing they won't mess up. They lose the apartment keys. They miss quote and miscalculate move in and move out rates. They misplace rental checks. When I was moving out I asked for a notice form to fill out and the rental agent looked at me with a blank face like "What's that' Oh just write a letter" I spoke with the manager and received the proper form. Make sure you keep all of your receipts bc they will call you 3 months later and tell you you haven't paid for something. Hang out in the leasing office for awhile at like 5pm when people get off work and you'll see for yourself. Somebody is always in there screaming about an inappropriate charge. Crestmark's management is horrible. Their staff changes monthly. The property is for sale bc they can't manage there business. They messed up on there accounting and as a result they charge the wrong people often. I believe some people maybe getting over but its there fault. For example all the apartments are wired with cable and there's a standard 30 charge. You can say I don't want cable and sign a paper when u sign a lease stating so but when you move in it will be on. Then 7 months later they want you to pay 210 for cable. Not going to happen. People don't pick up after there dogs here. Neighbors are cool. Its not very loud. The specials are great but the staff is a headache. I've never had any of these kinds of problems at previous apartments. I always pay with checks so I can verify it but my bf didn't. Don't pay bills with money orders use checks so you can track them. THEY WILL APPLY YOUR RENT TO THE WRONG APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually they figure it out but not bf they slap u with a nasty notice.

I totally agree. We moved in and they gave us a rate for which our rent would be 945. 3 months later, they say we owe money for water bill. We go to rent office to find out what's going on. Come to find out our actual rent was 885. We were paying more than was on the actual lease. They made up bogus charges to make sure balance each month was zero. Someone messed their gameplan up when they sent that notice on the waterbill otherwise we would have still been paying more. They are definitely shady.
