My last and final straw was swimming in the pool and later finding a dead bird in the filter area. Children, babies, and other families were swimming in the pool on this day. I thought that the pool in suppose to be maintained daily. Car care center has been broken down for the whole year I've lived at CrestMark. The Pool behind the clubhouse was closed all summer and this summer it did not pass inspection. I don't believe they have a maintance person working at this property. The leasing agents shows no concern or time for their residents. This is the worse place I have ever lived and I would not suggest this place to my worse enemy! Unless you enjoy living a getto style inviorment, I would say turn around and run fast and far from this place. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before signing a lease. Once you sign, and they got you, it's almost impossible to get out! They make it very hard for you to get your rental verifcation. Noone in the office believes in doing any work and my guess is, they are surfing the enternet instead of manageing the properties. Again, I wish I would have read the reviews before moving into this nightmare!
