I was one of the first to move in here. It was pretty cool up until recently. While the neigborhood around here rapidly deteriorated, the management did a pretty good job of keeping out the rif-raf. Unfortunately for them, I think its a losing battle. Management is still very nice and always friendly. Maintenance is very responsive. The grounds always look nice. The pool facility is nice. It was much better when there were fewer kids in the neighborhood and you could enjoy the pool w/o a hundred kids around but I don't think there's much you can do about that. Noise has been more of an issue recently.
In reference to some of the other reviews, I live in the building where the rims were stolen in 2/08. While it did bother me, I have never really felt unsafe here. I do pay more attention about what I leave in my car. Unfortunately this is more of a symptom of the Lithia Sprngs area in general though.
In short, I wouldn't really recommend living in Lithia Springs. Its convenient to downtown and I-20 and that's why I've stayed so long but its really going downhill. If you are going to live in the area though, Tree Lodge is probably the nicest/safest place around.
