I hate this complex!!! The gate is NEVER WORKING!!! Why do they have a gate' The maintenance is horrible. They have car break in's all the time. I lived there for a year and I have put in several requests to have my screens replaced, my dripping showerhead fixed, the ants and spiders exterminated-NOTHING!! I have a balcony banister that has rotted. Any day now, I expect for a swarm of termites to invade my apartment. IF you are looking for peace and quite. Look on! This place is a glamorized project housing community. Most of residences don?t work. Therefore, you are dealing with reckless individuals causing havoc all day long. The staff is poor. Their attitudes are horrible. Especially Karen. They just hired a new property manager, Don. Maybe he can turn it around. If he knows what's good for him, he'd look for another
