I moved in in November 2003. Around December 15, 2003 I came home to a bright orange eviction notice on my door. Needless to say I was wondering what the hell was going on. When I called the leasing office, the property manager said that it must have been an internal problem. I should have know then the problems that occured. I am not going to totally bash the front office. The property manager did help me out when my money started looking funny by holding check for me until my next pay day. But other than that, I had to deal with bugs, bugs and more bugs. My fridge must have been in storage because for the first 2 months when I would go to get ice from the tray, there would be bugs in the ice.YUCK!!! They NEVER returned my calls concerning that. Nor did they return my phone calls about the sink the the bathroom. I leaked and the drain was extremely slow.
My favorite thing about the apartment was the garden tub.
